Milly

"Hi, I’m Milly, the artist behind and founder of Darcy and Luna Designs. I’m an incredibly creative person who loves to read, draw and watch films. Darcy and Luna were the start of my obsession with guinea pigs, but I love all animals. My favourite colour is forest green, my style icons are hobbits, Dear Evan Hansen is my favourite musical and if over-thinking was a sport I’d be as fit as Mo Farrah! Which would help as I have a sweeter tooth than Sweet Tooth. I also love to drink cocktails and sleep, in that order. Prost!"

Alice

"Hi! I’m Alice and I’m the administrative director of Darcy and Luna Designs. I love everything colourful and quirky, and I’m a big old nerd who spends most of her time playing video games, reading or jamming to show tunes. I sometimes do a bit of mermaid performance work, where I dress up as a mermaid and do photoshoots or kids parties! I have 2 budgies, Riku and Kairi, I’m scatty and clumsy as hell, and I try to live in a fantasy world as much as possible, because who wants to grow up anyways?"

Darcy and Luna Desgins

Darcy and Luna were Milly's two adorable guinea pigs, and they were the loves of her life. They got her through some tough times and were always there for a cuddle. But unless she visited a garden centre, or more recently, Asda, it was a rare thing to find items with guinea pigs on them...

They made her realise that there are so many animals not getting the love they deserve. As cute as they are, why should cats and dogs get all the attention?! And so teaming up with her sister, Alice, they have made it their mission to shout about the weird and underrated creatures of this planet. Like the platypus. Or the Honduran White Bat. Or the humble household pet, the guinea pig.
